Joanne is passionate in meeting new people and working with her patients through Massage Therapy to find a treatment approach that will provide a beneficial treatment to help them and achieve their goals.
Joanne uses a variety of techniques which includes myofascial release, superficial and deep tissue massage, and a combination stretching and movement during treatment to target various and specific muscle groups. She enjoys working with deep tissue massage the most.
In her free time, you will find Joanne enjoying a variety of outdoor activities, such as going on long walks, and especially hiking. She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and venturing into various and new cuisines.

Matthew Cheung
Matthew is passionate about employing Massage Therapy to help others have discomfort-free movement in various activities of life. He graduated with honors from VCMT (Vancouver College of Massage Therapy) and aims to facilitate positive change in people’s lives. His expertise lends itself especially to treating stress-related, exercise-related and overuse-conditions from the workplace, utilizing neuromuscular techniques with a grounding in Swedish massage.
Whether the quality of discomfort is newly acquired or has been longstanding, he seeks to maintain, improve and encourage recovery for each of his patients. He believes relaxation is an important component of overall mental and physical health and incorporates techniques to create a therapeutic treatment. Matthew also takes the utmost care in catering to each patient’s needs and unique goals by working with them to formulate custom treatment plans that work for them.
In his spare time, Matthew is active in the volleyball community, keeps in shape with hot yoga and finds contentment in gardening and card games.

Janet Lo
Janet is a specialist in Neurology and integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is experienced in treating numerous complaints including migraine, TMJ, frozen shoulder, stiff neck, sciatica, carpal Tunnel, plantar Fascitis, etc. She is also the founder of 2 TCM clinics in Hong Kong: the Hong Kong Neurology TCM & Laser Acupuncture Centre in 2017 and the Hong Kong Cerebral-injured Rehabilitation Centre in 2015.
Janet is actively involved in charity and children’s health care. In her free time, she enjoys gymnastics, badminton and pole dance. She has recently published a scientific article about “Treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine for Dementia” in October 2023. She was the HKSA Baseball’s Medical Team volunteer before giving birth to 2 lovely boys.
